Over de job

• You are the first point of contact for customers and provide professional support.
• You coordinate delivery schedules and prepare monthly updates.
• You issue arrival notices and shipping documents when vessels depart.
• You keep customer data and order information up to date in the IT dashboard and ERP system.
• You manage the logistical flow from supplier to end customer, including sample tracking and shipping instructions.
• You ensure all documents and certificates are accurate and forwarded to the quality and accounting departments.
• You coordinate with carriers and warehouse operators, issue loading and transport instructions, and negotiate freight rates.
• You verify and approve transport and warehouse invoices.
• You monitor stock levels across various regions (France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Spain) and report slow-moving items to the sales team.

Wie zoeken we?

• You hold a degree in transport/logistics or have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• You also have experience in administration and/or customer service.
• You work independently and accurately, with strong attention to detail and cost awareness.
• You are a team player and easily build relationships with both partners and colleagues, nationally and internationally.
• You are proactive, commercially minded, and solution-oriented.
• You are enthusiastic, take initiative, and thrive in an SME environment.
• You speak fluent French and English. Knowledge of Spanish and/or German is a strong asset. Dutch is not required.
• You are quick to learn new systems, preferably with experience in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Meet, etc.).
