Your Role

As Coordinator Operational Efficiency you will be responsible for the productivity management system in all its facets. Besides some maintenance, you will have a strong focus on the availability and analysis of productivity data as well as defining and driving improvement projects. The role as coordinator will enable you to work with diverse colleagues on different hierarchical levels and departments in order to assure a smooth running of the systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintenance of current productivity management system (updating set-ups, integrated data etc.) and other systems and the analysis of the productivity data
• Creation of reports as per operational needs
• Training of users and 1st level support for the system
• Identification and application of improvements and adjustment of processes
• Support of data integration from diverse systems
• Coordination between IS and Engineering solution
  Coordination of Software transition (definition of timeline, steps, targets, process etc. and driving workshops with operations in order to meet the needs
• Identification of and participation in improvement projects as well as taking the lead; support in the calculation of the impact of the identified improvements

Your Skills and Experiences

• Relevant studies or working experience
• Analytical skills and ability to analyse comprehensive data
• Project Management and ability to set priorities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong affinity to IT applications
• Strong affinity with required customer quality standards
• Excellent skills in MS Office other analytical tools (e.g. Tableau) as a plus
• English mandatory, good communication skills in German and French
