Inventory Specialist - Retail

We are looking for an Inventory Specialist for our site in Tessenderlo. If you want to contribute to one of the best-performing logistics organizations, this is an excellent opportunity to join our team!

Your Role

You will be responsible for coordinating stock management and stock discrepancies, actively participating in the continuous improvement method.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily reconciling of internal system and customer system; Management of the master data of different customers; Managing scrap process, cycle count process;
• Keeping the stock inventory in perfect condition and ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stocks;
• Monitoring the KPIs and the concluded service level agreement with the customers; Communication with internal departments and feedback to the customer on both current affairs;
• Reporting and interpretation of stock data and communication of these analyses to management and customers;
• Make an in-depth analysis of the problem causes, propose improvements and (partially) implement improvements yourself;  #LI-AM4
• Contributing to optimizing productivity, workflows, efficiency and quality with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction (continuous improvement).

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in the area of Logistics or equal level by experience,
• At least 3 years experience in warehouse, stock and/or Inventory roles,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, …) and recognized for your analytical skills, you enjoy processing data to build reports, 
• Can-do and problem-solving attitude, good communication and presentation skills, strong team spirit and customer-oriented,
• Excellent command of English and Dutch.
