Transport Planner

We are looking for a Transport Planner to reinforce our current team. In this role, you take care of the planning, booking and handling of shipments.

Your Role

As a Transport Planner, you ensure that our customer's delivery needs are always met. You are in touch with our customer and our partners, while you are the one, who keeps things going a dynamic and challenging environment.

Your Responsibilities

• You look after the interests of your customer(s) on a daily basis
• You generate reports to visualise operations optimally, for example by means of weekly lists and analyses of goods flows, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• You handle rush orders and back orders, coordinating it with your customer(s), the planning and the warehouse
• You participate in operational meetings both internally as coordination of the operational progress in the warehouse and externally with the customer(s)
• You take incoming complaints seriously; this includes, for example, immediately following up on reports from the customer(s)
• You work closely with your colleagues at your customer account #LI-KP1

Your Skills and Experiences

• You have experience in a a similar role
• You have a good command of the English language
• You are service-oriented and stress-resistant
• You are able to work in shifts (no weekend or night shift)
